Im thinking of updating my pc ( late march maybe april) and was going for the new Intel chips and since i no nothing about overclocking was planning on getting the overclocked bundles provided from here.

So whats the difference between the I5 and I7 and if anyone has bought a bundle whats the customer service like incase the clock becomes unstable and does it come built so i would just need to screw it into my case?

This was the 1 i was thinking of

OVERCLOCKED* Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz @ 4.00GHz / Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Motherboard / Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz DDR3 Bundle with the corsair H50-1 cooler

Like i mentioned have about £200 saved at the moment will be late march beginning of april before i can afford it, unless Oc drops the prices before then :p

you have that post count but cant overclock? :O why pay a premium for something you can do yourself within an hour

i7 has hyper threading , 16x/16x crossfire/sli , triple channel memory and is on socket 1366 why isnt dead and burried.

i5 has at best 8x/8x crossfire/sli (most the cheaper boards only do 8x/4x), dual channel memory , is on socket 1156 which is dead and wont have an upgrade path.
