Overclockers i7 Bundles

hi guys im interested in buying one of these bundles

but can someone confirm something for me

what i want to know is if i buy the 4.00ghz bundle is that 4.0ghz with turbo mode on or off ?

same thing if i buy the 4.2ghz is that 4.2 ghz without turbo mode on ?

any help would be much appreciated

Mine came with Turbo boost on, taking it from 3.8ghz to 4ghz, when under stress.

plus i dont think its worth paying the extra price for the 4.2ghz version ...£170 odd pound extra for .2 of a gig ...not worth it !!!

hmmmmm so it seems theres some differences between peoples bundles

so some people actually get 4.00ghz base clock and some get 3.8ghz with turbo mode enabled

can any ocuk staff confirm this ???

I paid for 4ghz

But it's been said by someone from Overclockers on this forum, that it's setup to give high performance, but also save you some pennies when the power is not needed.

My setup drops to 2.2ghz when idle also btw.

And having your system run at max settings all of the time isn't really needed I think myself. What Overclockers have done with my system gives best of both worlds.

i tried putting turbo mode on and it overclocked it to 4.2ghz but was not stable ....i think its all down to the processor ...some are easy to overclock ..others are not .
