Overclockers refund policy?

Hey guys, back in May I went ahead and bought this:

BenQ G2222HDL 21.5" Widescreen LED Monitor - Black

and now in September it's got pixel movement or something? like there's like moving faint black lines going up and down the screen in the background type deal and it's got two scratches on it.

Being as 'new' as it is, would I be eligible for a refund or something?

You would be entitled to a repair or replacement but only if it is faulty, but doubt you would get a refund. Scratches are user error, otherwise you would have told them at purchase when it was delivered. You can post in the customer service forums at the bottom of the forum list, this will get you the best answer from OCuk themselves.
