Overclockers Returns?

I bought something 2 days ago that i got yesturday and i dont want it and i want to return it for refund as its quite frankly sheet. But there is no form on the site for returns, just "RMA Enquiry".

I dont want to say what is it because i would get slated by some forum members

If I remember correctly if you want to return an item because you don't want it under the "Distance Selling Regulations" you still need an RMA number to do so, so you still have to fill out the RMA Enquiry form...

If this is incorrect I'm sure someone will correct me.

ive filled that out now. dont have an RMA number... or are they suppose to give me one?

Yes, after they go through your enquiry, they will email you an RMA number plus other info on packaging etc...

You can return unwanted items. See Section 7 in T&C
