I have purchased refurb 7850 from overclockers, it arrived faulty so I have sent it back for a replacement. However later I change my mind and asked if I can pay extra for upgrade to r9 280 they said no but were happy to refund instead, through confusion second RMA code was created for same card, later I was informed card I sent to them did not arrive, where actually OCUK sent me two emails confirming that it did... but still I had to provide proof of delivery... one of the member did investigate.
After over a week of no replay I asked again if I can have refund or should I go through paypal, few hours later I get email that replacement is on it way. I already got r9 280 hence the reason for a refund on which they did agree
Can I simply refuse to accept replacement and ask again for refund? or I'm stuck with E**y

According to OCUK I have 28 days to ask for a refund

Must be a mistake somewhere down the line, I cannot look into it. But getting a refund is fine, especially as you agreed it in the first place. Call up in the morning and just let them know of the mishap. - Refusing the parcel is fine, just tell them to return to sender. Once it comes back we can make sure it is refunded for you.

Just be sure to call up in the morning when we are open and make sure they change the replacement to a refund. Otherwise it will end up being sent out to you again when it comes back! And we don't want that! :)

Sorry for any inconvenience on this RMA, seems like you were just unlucky here and it was put down for a replacement instead of a refund by an honest mistake.

I see you mention about the CS thread. Please update in there what has happened, so the support adviser can resolve this for you. :)
