Hi guys.....

Just found out I only live about 30 mins from Overclockers.......

- Is it worth a visit.....ie can I actually have a look at some of things I am interested in buying?

- Are their in-shop prices the same as their internet prices?

Cheers!!!

Nic

You'll save the postage.

There is a little more than a desk but not much. There are some static displays of items but the last time I was there they were shall we say 'overlooked'.

You simply give the chap your desired part code or look on the supplied PC on the desk and look it up. Or just say what you want and it will be collected from the warehouse quite quickly for you.

My experience is that they wont let you look at things.

TBH I'd still rather collect OCUK items in person than deal with City Link. All in all it's probably worth a vist if you're definitely buying.

It's a trade counter. Do your browsing online with a cup of tea, phone through your order, stroll down for pick up.
When i've been the dude let me have a quick look at the items before i said Yes. Was a mellow deal.

Thats a nice way of doing dusiness. Theres a lot of companies that dont let you do that, even if they are just around the corner.
