Anyone I can pm regarding the ocuk support team? I've already sent a message via the proper method and created a ticket and it's still not been looked at 3 days later?

They are being a bit slow to respond at the moment. I waited a week for a response.

Ahhh okay, I just wasn't sure if there was an issue with the system or something or just quite a line to wait in hehe
