Thats something that we cannot really estimate. we have various orders from various schools, uni's and colleges that are buying a wide range components and full systems.

Because of the competitive price and the services we can offer we are bringing more and more on board everyday and our customer base is growing rapidly and we are looking to keep improving on this growth as best we can :)

The Phone line is something that we are aware of and the point has been raised with our new owners that our customers are not happy about it. This thread is here to let you know of the other points of contact we have and what B2B can offer. I dont want this to turn into a thread about our phone number.

-Mike- Now that we have a dedicated b2b section you will no longer have to wait in the queue, all business calls will be answered within 30 sec and you will be direct with myself or my colleague Adrian
also you could just drop me an email with what ever you are after even if its just for me to call you, you will have a response back within 30 minutes

We are 100% aware of this feedback and we aim to get this changed but you seem to be completely overlooking the other ways of contact that are available.

You could drop me an email requesting a call and receive one within 30 minutes. Or an msn and receive one instantly if me or Ade are not already on the phone, if we are then we will call you asap :)

It isn't a problem, we shall just continue to spend elsewhere, but I would have liked to have given you a go.

If you would like to add me on Skype i would be more than happy to deal with anything you need and give you a call if needed :)

I never ring any company with those terribly expensive phone numbers!

internet trading is becoming more and more popular, i can give group quotes and deal with more customers over msn and skype than i can over the phone. if you would like to add me feel free :)

Theres a slight problem there mate, if I am out on an external site I don't take a phone thats capable of skype. Infact I'm lucky it makes calls to be honest.

The only time I have a skype or internet capable phone is on a late night migration or systems change. By this time I'd imagine you're tucked up in beddy byes ;)

I need to be able to make a call and order parts or a system on the spot and sadly since the widespread abuse of the company phones a few years ago they have now rectified this by using sims that can only use the available minutes on them - tesco power ;) This however, means no 0870 0871 calls and as such I can only ring the 01204 number I use!

what about sending me an email through your phone while on site requesting a call? you would receive one back instantly if we are not already on a call.

I just used the Skype contact method with these guys, was excellent. Had a response to my Skype add in 30 seconds. Very clear and concise, got a few quotes which I can pass on to my CTO. Allowed me to continue working while I was getting the information I needed. He even ran down to the stock room to ensure the stuff was in stock.

Give it a go guys.

Thanks for the feedback :D

I would be prepared to give you guys ago at my workplace as well. Unfortunately, like many others, my business phones don't allow us to dial these numbers either. Skype/MSN isn't a viable option; our purchasing team wouldn't know how to use them, plus they're both blocked. Waiting 30mins on a callback is also un-acceptable; if my £2k server hasn't turned up, I want to know there and then.

That is understandable and i apologize that we do not have a free phone number in place for you to call us. That aside we still have a big client base that is rapidly growing and our customers are more than happy to order from us with the facility's available.

We are indeed online :) i have accepted your request, You sent the request just after i went on my lunch break :P

this morning has been a tad busy!

As from today i will be dealing with all Private Sector inquiries and Ade will be dealing with the Public side of things (schools, uni's and colleges etc) :)
