Hi all

I've been using this site since 2010 and have a vague recollection of how you could post a custom order query or sales query etc. in a private thread in these forums that only you and a staff member saw.

Has this now been discontinued? as I can only find a separate site for asking queries which needs your email address and type of query (bit like the old forums).
