Do you want to know if the email was received? Or if they have the right address to reply to?

If so, you're best off asking the shop directly (phone them), this is a community forum :)
 
Are you trying to ask how to change the e mail address in your account on the OCUK shop?

If so I think you need to do it via a web ticket as it does not look like you can change it yourself.
