Hi guys,

Since my build is now over 5 years old I decided to overclock my CPU. I used to overclock years and years ago but it was a different world with AMDs and Pentiums. I would therefore appreciate your suggestions for any improvements on the settings shown below. I used this thread as a guide:
https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18338090

Values shown are with p95 stress test running for approx. an hour now.

My setup is as follows:
Intel Sandybridge i5-2500K Unlocked Core i5 Quad-Core Processor (3.30GHz, 6MB Cache, Socket 1155)
Gigabyte SKT-1155 Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard
Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 DDR3 XMS3 4x4GB

Cheers,
Nat

If you think your overclcok is stable run a game, then you could try to drop the vcore and test again till you find the lowest stable voltage.

Thanks. What voltage should I expect to achieve? Am I right in thinking that the lower the voltage the better it is for the lifespan of the CPU?
