Overclocking 295x2 ?

Setting one of these up for a friend has a xspc waterblock and its own 480 pa thermochill rad so cooling is not an issue.

I know these cards are limited on there power delivery due to the 2x 8pin design whats the limits and how far can they be pushed using custom bios's and is it worth it ect.

What are you opinions and general user statements, Thanks

Without any major tweaking I can run mine at 1100 core and 1650 memory but as I'm still on the standard cooler it starts to throttle eventually.

I'm struggling to get 1100 on the core thermals are really good doesn't even break a sweat both gpu's running 99-100%

I can seem to adjust the voltages its blanked out on msi afterburner why is this ?

Have you ticked/unticked the settings in afterburner? There's a sticky in the overclocking section for Amd cards, you have to select some thing to unlock the voltage I believe. I did with my 290x when I had it

I rolled afterburner back to 4.0.0 and it was fine got it rocking 1175/1500 now thanks again.
