Hey guys.

finally got my PSU in, so now i can clock my system to its nuts :D

i did some Oc'ing last night and i managed to get it to 1180/1615

it did a score of 1954 in valley
and a score of 975 in heaven

i do feel i can take it further, but i think heat is holding me back as it reached 80c in the furmark test, and 79 in valley and 77 in heaven

do you guys think it could be the heat holding me back ?

its only on the stock cooler.

its currently at 1200v.

im also using the latest drivers.

any tips on clocking these cards would be great as im getting scared of melting it now :D

Hi,

1.2v is as much as I anyone could advice you to go under air for this card, and only if had a really good cooler. (like the PCS+ does).

How much more power you need from the 1100/1550 to get to 1180/1615?
Have you set an aggressive fan profile on the afterburner?

from 1100/1550 it goes from 1166 to 1200 to get it to 1180/1615

and no, i havnt set an aggressive profile, i just left it on auto  :(

did i do wrong sir :D ?
