overclocking 8800gtx

Ok, ive built my new rig and happy with results so far.
Ive never really overclocked any graphics card which ive had in the past, and im now wondering whether if its really worth messing with me gtx

Will there be any significant gains for gameplay?, or is it really only for benchmarking purposes.
Its an XFX 8800GTX running at stock.

I think it would depend on what games you're playing and if they're even making the GTX break a sweat.

I haven't overclocked mine yet as I really only play BF2 at the moment and with everything on the highest settings and forced 16x AA and 16x AF, I'm still stuck at the 100FPS cap that BF2 has. Occasionally it'll drop down to 99FPS.
