AMD 1090t
Freezer 7 Pro CPU cooler (maxium fan speed 2500rpm always)
Asus M4A78LT-M

So i have been trying to overclock my 1090t to 4ghz, i was just doing it simply by raising the multiplier to x20. I couldnt get it stable so i tryed to set the vcore to 1.475 but still it was not stable. When i was looking at the monitor in the bios i realised even though i raised the vcore it was still at 1.376 volts. I found some where that i should change the LLC to 19% as this is he sweetspot for amd and this helped massively. However to get it stable i had to set the vcore to 1.5 volts.

While benching the temps were fine however i was a little concerned with voltage, it sometimes went to 1.56 vcore. it mostly variated from 1.47-1.56 volts, also strangely during prime95 the cpu frequency would drop from 4ghz to 1.6ghz and i couldnt figure out why

Will it be ok to run my 1090t at this voltage 24/7?

1.55V is the reported maximum for 24/7 usage, so if you can dial it down just one notch it should help. That's a lot of volts for 4GHz though, how are you doing the stability testing, and have you overclocked the HT link or RAM as well?

Im not sure i should OC ram its 8gb of OCZ gold 1333mhz RAM low voltage, i suppose i could try, i also have not touched the HT link what should i change that to?
