Im gonna get a MSI p67 GD65 or maybe the cheaper gigabyte mobo xD.
I was wondering how high id be able to get it on the stock cooler ( i will get an after market one in the future im just trying to pull one over on my parents so they dont think im spending to much  )

Also is as simple as going into bio's sticking the Multiplier up and saving ?

You'll need to increase the vcore at some point.

its even easier, press one button and the comptuer overclocks for you.
and saves it.

^^ I'm thinking of the same thing as OP, UGGGGH all these boards are very similar its giving me a headache choosing the one that is best value.
UD3 has standard bios, but really who cares, as long as its stable.
MSI has OC Genie 2 which overclocks in 1 second to around ~4.2Ghz…

Just up the Vcore and multi. Dont touch the base clock.

It is pretty to easy to overclock the SB processors, just follow the simple advice, plus there is a lot of good info on these forums. It should be straight forward to get around 4.4 without changing too much and on relatively low volts

Yep, there is little point really. Multiplier unlocking means that there is generally only one component between you and an overclock, which is the processor. Sure the BIOS/UEFI is a factor, but unlike QPI or FSB overclocking, your other components are not affected.

Getting to 4.5Ghz (although higher requires too much vcore) for me is as easy as setting the multi to 45, tweaking the Vcore and the Turbo power settings and away you go!

4ghz is pretty much garanteed on stock volts. Maybe even 4.4ghz. Raising the vcore can even give you a possible 5ghz. Just don't go over 1.35v ;)

The asus motherboard p8p67 has a one button overclock that gets me 4.4ghz without doing anything... its not brilliant but its good enough for now, Shame it resets every time i turn the PC on :O
