Overclocking a 4600 AMD AM2 CPU

I'm going to overclock my chip, I know that perhaps there isn't that much to be gained from it but i'm going to have a go anyhow.

I've read a few tips, does anybody have any extra advice from personal experience?

I'm going to be using AI Booster, would it be better to do this in the bios perhaps?

Sure use AI booster to start with since you are new to overclocking. Though the bios is better. Just know how to reset CMOS before you start bios overclocking

Ok I've gone from 2400 to 2460 without any problems so far...will have to see if it's stable lol.

2496 seems to be the ceiling hmm...
