Right lads, old card, but I'm struggling with one of its quirks.
Overclocking with MSI AB causes a VERY noticeable flicker/black screen when switching profiles, and for some reason enables CCC overdrive as soon as I touch the clocks. As soon as CCC od comes on, a super low power state kicks in so at idle the cars downclocks to 157/300 which causes flickering on the secondary monitor.
Currently I have created a profile and edited the xml so 2d clocks are 400/900 which works great, except that I cant raise volts above stock, so I lose 100mhz off the core. So what I want is a way to either raise volts without MSI AB (editing the xml above the 1.088V doesn't work) or to stop the horrific gear change in MSI AB.
If anyone with a 5850 and dual monitors has a workaround, I would love to hear it!
