overclocking a 670 (gigabyte windforce)

dunno if its worth it or not, as never really had high end gcards and certainly not overlocked before, just after some tips for my card, what software and so on?

Use EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner.

I use EVGA precision, but have used Afterburner as well.

I also use EVGA precision X. Start with something small like +50 on the GPU and plus 100 on the men. Stick the top slider to full (132%) on my card and stick the fan on full whilst testing with something like Heaven.

Have fun and go up slowly with increments of 10 on both

This is what i got upto. BUT this is MAX o/c take it SLOW as gregster says if you try to get upto this level. These are not 24/7 clocks!
