Ok... I know how I can overclock a 8800GTX, using Rivatuner, currently what Im using to overclock my 6800GT. But I have noticed that the 8800 Ultra has a shader clock of 1500Mhz or so... will Riva tuner overclock the GTX's shader clock too or is there another method of doing this? Bearing in mind I am thinking of buying the BFG one...?

I think to mod the shader clocks you have to fiddle with the bios, although I'm not sure. Somebody else should know more of the details.
