Overclocking A 9600pro

Lo,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any good programs to overclock my 9600pro its the gigabyte 128mb version. tried googling it but not a lot of help...

oki ive got RadLinker and the CORE is at 398 and the MEMORY is at 297.. what do you lot reckon be a stable overclock. also is there anyway of flashing the bios and stuff.
