Overclocking a a8 3870k ???/

Hi all.

I was wondering if anyone can assist. I am looking to overclock my pc if possible.

motherboard: ga a55m ds2
apu: a8 3870k
dedicated graphics card hd 6670 xfired with onboard graphics
2 x 4gb memory
windows 7 64 bit
stock heatsink/fan

If anyone can advise me in the right direction and if it is worth it etc??

ive just fitted 3 new case fans if that helps
