overclocking a amd 965 from bios

hi all, im wondering how i can over clock this cpu from the bios, im trying to get 3.8 out of it, im new to all this overclocking buisness

my system is,

CPU AMD 965
Motherboard M4N78 PRO
Memory 6 gb of corsair xms
Graphics XFX Nvidia 8800GTX

whats c3 stepping, im really bad at overclocking and dont know where to start, i tryed to change the settings in the bios and it said on reboot overclocking failed, anyone got any ideas on how i can go about this please

whats the highest u can get without changing the voltage?

3.8 using the motherboard set up, but im wondering can i set it up from the bios so its overclocked when the pc starts up

look for the multipler in the bios and set it to 19x.

-3D Mark 06.
-Intel Burn Test.
-Prime 95.
-Speedfan.
-Real Temp, etc, etc.

I use 3D Mark 06 and Vantage, and Speedfan, although i do use AMD OverDrive as well.

Run 20 runs of IBT maximum.

Do 20 runs of IBT on maximum or LinX 20 runs on all then do 6-8 hours with Prime95 on blend. that'll make such it's fully stable.
