Overclocking a AMD BE-2400

Has anyone overclocked one of these much?I'm keen on it since its only a 45watt chip and i only have a 380watt power supply in my Antec case and want to run a 8800GT
I have a 65watt 3600+(at 2.3Ghz)at the moment,but maybe i counld get a bit more speed from a be-2400 and save some power for the GT.
Will the 3600+ be holding up a 8800GT at 1440x900 ?

if you can afford a BE and an 8800GT, you can afford £40 for an Antec 500W PSU.

True,i'm shure the power supply is standard on a Antec nsk-3480?
