Well I got to 380x7 which seemed to work fine with just a +0.2 to the DDR

I went to 385 and the system reset, so I went up one notch on the MCS and up one notch on the CPU volt

It reset again but now its stuck on the Post screen, with the last line being the Memory Testin 2096064k OK bit

Not worried yet as I didnt think 1 notch would kill it. Trying to find bios reset now

I think I need advice some now please

Im up to 400x7
Ram multiplier on 2
CPU voltage up to 1.2625
Ram voltage up to 2v (+0.2)
MCH voltage up 0.1v

Temps are under 50 at the moment, just running orthos to check stability

Where do I go from here?
Thanks

Is VID in coretemp supposed to be showing the stock voltage, Its still at 1.2625v even though in bios I set it to 1.35v

Up to 430x7, going to bed while running orthos

VID doesnt seem to move in coretemp for some reason!
Check bios for a good indication of voltage, to get an exact/actual reading you need to use a digital meter :)

Probably, havent played with the ram really apart from what the fsb does

Now where did that option go on the DS3, F7 bios....

edit - hmm 5-7-7-23 now im up to 450x7, still cant find the memory timing option

I think the best your manage with GeiL above 410 fsb is 5-5-5-15,That's the best i could get anyway :)

Im keeping it at this for a while, going to get some more case cooling before I go further, but I will have a play with the RAM timings.

So with the RAM, shall I get it back to 5-5-5-15, or is 4-4-4-12 better?

Thanks for everyones help for getting it this far. 18 sec SuperPi 1M cant be bad ;)

edit - didnt see above post, ill go for 5-5-5-15 then
