I want to take this setup from stock speeds to a 4.0 overclock. What settings on this motherboard do I need to change...I kinda need an idiots guide on exactly what volt changes to what section in the BIOS....anyone able to help?...please

I'll be sorting out a cooler when I get the Overclock settings tested. As long as I know what things to set to what to get 4.0 I'll take care of the cooler asap.
