Overclocking A Little Help Plz

Right guys just a little info please, on Overclocking is it better to run on 125.00CPU Strap with lower multi and does this give lower temps+volts?

4.6ghz 100x46=4.6 at 1.344v>CPU-Z.
4.6ghz 125x37=4.6 as above.

Could some one please explain the Bios offset method for CPU voltage and how to work it out.

the 125X37 is better not for temps or voltage, but it overclocks other parts of your system as well like the ram, so it should be faster at the same cpu speed in applications that like faster ram.
