I put together a new build last month.

Ryzen 7 Eight Core 2700X 4.35GHz (Socket AM4) Processor
Samsung SSD 850 Evo 1TB
Toshiba 2TB P300 7200RPM Performance Hard Drive (HDWD120UZSVA)
MSI Optix G24C 24" 1920x1080 VA FREESYNC 144Hz 1ms Curved Widescreen Gaming Monitor
OcUK Value Blu-ray / DVDRW combi SATA
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Glass Midi Tower Case
Bitfenix Formula Series 750W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
Alpenfohn Ben Nevis Advanced CPU Cooler - 130mm
Gigabyte Aorus RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit
Gigabyte Radeon RX VEGA 64 WindForce OC 8GB HBM2 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Gigabyte Aorus GA-AX370-Gaming K7 AMD X370 (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard

It's not been sunshine and rainbows, then only type of overclocking I've attempted was to enable XMP. For the most part it worked, but every day or so, I would get a black screen and loss of signal. Sometimes the screen would come back after 5-10 seconds, other times, the fans would spin up like crazy and the picture wouldn't come back, I would end up restarting the machine.

Things started to get worse to the point I was getting blue screens, even when I tried to reinstall Windows.

Since I disabled XMP, the blue screens stopped and I was able to do a clean install of Windows.
I do occasionly get the black screen, but it's stopped resulting in a crash, from reading the AMD forums, I don't believe on my own having trouble with a Vega graphics card.

Sorry for the long winded back story, but could you recommend some cautious OC settings I could try with my build?
