Overclocking A Q8300

Hi guys, im new to this site so please dont kick my butt if this questions already been asked, ive bin looking around everywhere for a guide on how to
overclock an intel core 2 quad Q8300 from 2.5ghz too 3ghz on a Asrock G31M-GS R2.0? im a big time noob on this stuff, so please go easy guys
