Hi Guys,
Im new to this forum and thought i would tell you about my overclock (your probably not interested but there we go)
I have a Dell Dimension 3000 and i wanted to play some games on it. I opened it up only to find PCI slots... so i wasn't very happy.
I found a PNY Verto Geforce FX 5500 PCI card and bunged it in.
The performance increase was only just noticable over my OnBoard Intel 'Extreme' (lol) graphics, so i overclocked it.
My stock speeds were 270/400... and i took it up too 320/471... the program says it can't complete the test if i have it any higher, so this is the highest i can have it.
My computer runs stable most of the time... but on very hot days i have to put it back to its original clock speeds to keep it from over heating.
Anywayz... just thought i would share...
Cheers.
Cripple.
P.S any thoughts?

I originally bought it to clock (fry)
my ol' northy with as my BE7 is fsb limited due to faulty PCI lock but never got round to testing it, then thought I'll just buy a c2d and new mobo instead.....
