No, probably not. Laptops generally don't have BIOS that allow any alterations nor would it be a very good idea. I have a Macbook Pro next to me that is running Folding@Home 24/7 at stock. Last week one of my kids put a magazine on its (closed) lid and the insulation resulted in excessive heat build up and thermal throttling. If you overclock a laptop and run it for any length of time at load, it will certainly do the same; they're engineered to a specific heat load and overclocking will massively exceed that.
