overclocking advice needed

amd opteron 148 2.2 venus
arctic freezer 64 pro
asrock dual-sata2
2.00 gb mushkin xp4000 extreme performance
asus geforce 6600gt
thermaltake armor jr


i have had a go and have managed to get it to

cpu frequency 250 mhz
pcie frequency 125 mhz
cpu voltage 1.450
multiplier 11

and its running at 2750
please help

lower your pci-e to 100mhz to begin with
