Overclocking advice needed

Hi guys

I'm running an opteron 144 at 1.8ghz and have heard this is underclocked from stock.

Id like to get it to 2.4ghz with the stock cooler.....Ive never overclocked before could anyone give me a step by step of how to get it to 2.4ghz

I'm running a

DFI lanparty ultra d board

Opteron 144 chip

crucial ram....Sorry forgot the stuff i got but its pretty decent

whats the freq rating of the ram?

Sod 2.4, set...

HTT to 300
LDT multi to x3
Vcore to 1.45
Ram divider to whatever is needed to keep it in spec
