Overclocking advice please

Hi all.

Looking for some advice please. I currently have the following setup.

Intel Badaxe II motherboard
Intel E6700
4 x DDR2 5300
520 corsair hx
gts 8800 oc
tuniq tower

I currently have the CPU running at 3.3ghz on stock volts temps are 46 load 33idle.

Bus speed 330

I cant seem to get this chip passed 3.3, ive upped the voltage to 1.4/1.5 still fails orthos within seconds.

what are your RAM settings? Voltage etc

voltage 2.1 4-4-4-12 dram freq says 412.6 via CPUZ

FSB : DRAM 4:5
