Overclocking advice

I recently bought one of the OcUK pre-built systems, but didn't select the pre-overclocked option as I thought I would give it a go myself.
Processor is an E6750, however CPU-Z is showing Core Speed at 3200MHz (400 x 8) so I'm guessing that it has already been clocked? Memory is on 1:1 FSB:DRAM, so I assume this means it is running at 800 MHz. It's Crucial Ballistix 8500, so would I be right in thinking I should increase this to something like 1:1.3 to get the best out of the memory?
I only have 2 Gb RAM at the moment, and have ordered another 2 Gb as it's on offer at the moment. Is it likely to still be stable at this speed, or would it be worth dropping it back slightly. Also, with 4Gb what is likely to be the limiting factor - CPU overclock or RAM speed?

Lots of questions I know, but thanks in advance for any advice.

Your memory is running 'underclocked' as at stock speeds it should be running at 1066mhz. However to get this speed you will have to adjust the divider in the bios.

If you go for 4 gig of ram the likelihood of getting a good overclock is slightly diminished due to a lot more stress being put on the NB (memory controller) so you may need to up the voltage on the NB to give it a helping hand.
