lol. Seriously though, youll be better of asking for way to find your best setting, as no1 gets the same performance out of chips, so you will have to test and find out.
Slacken the RAM timings and just crank up the FSB until your PC won't boot to windows. Then drop the FSB a little so you can boot in ok. This should get you a significant "free" overclock without resorting to any voltage tweaking at this stage.
