Hi guys, I recently ordered an E8200 along with Freezer 7 and some XMS2 6400 Memory (2GB).

I'm going to give some OC'ing a go but need a little advice really, I know about the basics of it but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the XMS2 and how far it can go above the 400Mhz FSB (Which is what i'm going to set it at to begin with).

Will it be limited to that or can I push the FSB a bit more? Will I have to start fiddling with the voltages after 400Mhz and the locked 8 Multiplier?

Cheers and sorry if I was a bit vague.

i guess you wont find out until you try clocking it...some people are lucky or go for boards / ram / cpus that as you may know are great overclockers...but even if you and your mate had exactly the same cpus / ram there is no guarantee you would get the same because there are loads of other influencing factors..

as you know it takes some testing and a lot of patience...

have you tried over at the overclocking section they are some great enthusiasts over there who are really into their performance..
