Hi everyone..

Currently im running at 142mhz FSB and 13.5x

For some reason i cant OC any more than that :|

My mobo is a MSI KT6V

CPU temp at idle is 36c

Any tips?

I wanna get 2000Mhz if poss :)

increase vdimm, slacked memory timings, increase vcore and you should be able to bump it up a bit more

though dont increase the voltages too much, jsut a bit at a time and test.

id probs do mem timings first untill it wont go anymore and increase the vcore a bit, then up the vdimm a bit to

id say no more than 1.7v if your idling at about 36 now.

just increment it by .025v at a time and test. as for the ram, what timings have you got it set to at the min? and at what voltage?

if its at 200mhz then you should be running a 400fsb at the min unless its on a divider??

make sure the cpu/FSB ratio is set to 1:1 as you get the best performance with socket A that way.

a divider will basically run the ram at a slower speed to the cpu's, e.g. the ram could be running at 166mhz when the cpu will be at 200mhz

as the timings are pretty slack try increasing the vdimm (ram voltage) again but by an increment or 2 (.025v) and test.
