Hey guys, I have been thinking about overclocking for ages and im not really sure whether to do it or not, and I just wanted to know what I could get out of my machine before I even tried.

Also which fans would I need to replace to get good enough cooling? As I have recently replaced the stock cpu cooler with a 'Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro rev 2', not an epic performance fan, but I wanted somthing quiet.

I have done some tests on cooling, idle its around 30-40c and with load using prime and burnin-test I get around 60-65c

If I OC how should I go about doing it? Will I need to buy a better case fan or w.e?

specs;
AMD Phenom X4 9550 Quad 2.2ghz
4.0GB Dual-Channel Hyundai Electronics DDR2 @ 333MHz
1GB ATI Radeon HD 5750
625GB Western Digital hdd

why are they not good for overclocking? But if i try should a increase the FSB and then run the 20 loop program (cant remember what its called)?

Could to clciok my graphics card?
