Overclocking AMD

I was thinking of overclocking my cpu and was wondering if anyone knew what clockspeeds I can get it to? Also how would I go about doing this?

I have the antec h2o 620 water cooler, oh really well ive never done this before so dont really want to start just tweaking incase i destroy something (pretty poor cant afford new stuff due to accidents)
Where in the bios would it be found?

Ok well i gave it a go and put it to 3.8Mhz seemed to be stable booted slightly faster as well, until i decided to play crysis 3 which worked fine for about 15-20 minutes and the screen became funny, so i reverted back to 3.4 and then up to 3.5 which is fine.
I think to overclock muc higher i need a new PSU.

im sure any PSU better than a CiT 500w bargain PSU will do the job

Yeah it was at 3.8GHz when it went funny the screen kind of.....wobbled and went discoloured. Nope i didnt dont know much about that and couldnt find any info so didnt want to play lol.

Ok so I tried that and now my pc turns on but wont boot anything not even screen to enter bios help pleae !!!

How do I reset the cmos?

Ive done this it worked so I turned my pc off to close up and reattach mouse etc. And now its just not working again :-s cleared cmos again and nothing
