Hi Guys,
I was hoping someone could help me in the right direction, I am a newbie to Riva Tuner and have read as much as I can find on the app.
Basically I have setup an got working my fan profiles and they do work correctly according to the heat of the CPU.
But I cant get the profiles I have setup for my 8800GTS to work. I think that i may be making this more complicated than it needs to be. The guide i read was about a 6800GT and the 8800GTS is in someways a less complicated card.
Its stock speeds are 513/792 in all modes. It doesnt appear to have a 2D underclock. When you launch an 3D application, it just deals with it at the same stock speeds.
Now I know from clocking the card manually that it will easily handle 650/1000 with the fan adjusted accordingly. But I was hoping to find an app to handle everything for me when i boot up Bioshock or something.
The fan speeds are working great as i say, and i can manually set the GPU speeds before gaming, i just think i'm doing something wrong here?
