Overclocking an AMD 1090t CPU

Hi ive got coming a AMD 1090t CPU and a CoolIT ECO II 120 Water-Cooling CPU Cooler with a Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850RPM Fan, im wanting to overclock with this setup but have never done this before so im after some advice/guides to see me through the process, thx

Yes mate i obviously noticed that but i was really after a specific guide to follow for my exact processor, if you see what i mean.

its no so much a guide for the chip you want its the mobo.

chips are pretty much all the same

All I've done today with my 1090T is upped the multiplier to 20x. Disabled all the power saving stuff and changed nothing else, increase from 3.2Ghz to 4Ghz.
