I have an E2140 plus a Gigabyte G41m-es2l motherboard. This is for a pc I keep at my folks house.

I have it overclocked and stable at 2.4GHz. This is by bumping the FSB up from 200 to 300. I'm not sure where to go from here though.

The board only seems to allow memory divisors of 2.66, 3.33 and 4.0 and it's set at the moment to run the memory at it's rated 800Mhz speed. If I bump up the FSB any further, this will cause the RAM to run faster.

I've never OCed RAM before successfully, so I was trying to avoid it. Any suggestions of anything else I could try?

Cheers

If your ram is rated at DDR 800 your don't need to run any dividers buddy.
400 FSB 1:1 with the ram will see you to 3.2GHz with the e2140's 8 multi, you chip may need a vcore bump to stabilise that clock though.
Also the e21XX processors can hit a pretty nasty FSB wall, so that may limit your overclock way before your ram does.
