Overclocking an E8400, please help!

Hey guys, got a new system today and have setup my 4870 at 780 core, 1050 memory. Load temp seems to be 68'c, with idle at 46'c.

I've tried pushing the CPU to 3.6ghz, but am getting blue screens in vista64. I've got the cpu fsb set to 400, 1:1 divider and I've tried a vcore of up to 1.500. Do I need to push it higher? I've heard it's normal to get to 3.6GHz at stock vcore? I'm thinking it could be the memory needing more volts and the spd set wrong?

Have you set the correct voltage for your memory?

take some pictures of your BIOS so we can see the settings,you should be able to get 3.6 using stock volts or 0.225 above stock.what cooling have you got for CPU?

I don't think I have. According to Geil, - Working Voltage: 800C5-1.8V/800C4- 2.0V. I'll set it to 2.0v and try that. BRB.
