Overclocking an ECS KV2 Lite

Before you start, I know I got a bum deal with the board, but I'm stuck with what I got. I recently got the ECS KV2 Lite board with a AMD 4400X2 dual core and am looking to overclock it to 4800x2 speeds. By using the "Fuzzy Clock" software that comes with it (and also doing it manually in the Bios) and raising the cpu clock upto 204Mhz it goes ok, but after that SiSoft says "FSB exceeds Chipset rated speed. Reduce FSB" and also "Memory bus speed exceeds memory rated speed. Reduce memory bus speed." Would you know how to overclock the board to 220Mhz safely so it'll perform like a 4800X2? I'm running Geil 512x2 DDR also. Thanks in advance,
