overclocking an i7-3960K on an intel DX79SR board.

Desperately need advice on how to overclock an i7-3960 on an intel DX79SR board.
I have never tried overclocking before so any advice would be welcome.
There is 64 gb of ram on this machine and the cpu is watercooled.
If you need any more information, let me know.
