When at stock boot up time wasnt too bad or different with old cpu oc. With this new cpu x2 3800+ oc to 2.6ghz i find it takes bloody ages to load windows fully, mainly its taking ages for bitmeter to load up then ati ccc tray near clock is taking the longest probably up to 40 seconds to a min.

Why?

And how can i speed up windows as in get these 2 things to load faster at boot up.

CPU - 2200 stock but oc to 2.6ghz 1.475v (1.45 average in everest)
Ram - 200 stock 2.5.3.3.8 1T (on 266 divider so 173mhz 2.5.3.3.8 1T 2.8v
3x HTT (780)

Any help appreciated with this boot up time prob would be most welcome.

Id do a full virus scan, a few trojans can really slow down boot up. I cant see any reason for your overclock being the issue. You can also try defragmenting your hdd.
