Overclocking and cooling

I built my first pc at the weekend (fantastic service by overclockers to get everything to me on Saturday having ordered 2pm Friday!).

I have a CM Storm Stryker case with an i5 3570k processor.

I intend to overclock in the near future and I want to get a good airflow setup to keep everything cool.

At the moment I have the four original fans (two front intake, 1 rear exhaust and 1 roof exhaust) and a heatsink (Xigmatek Dark Knight - absolute pain to install).

With these it sits around 30-33C idle and so far I have only run prime 95 for a 15minute stress test and had 59C as the highest reading.

I have two Scythe 120mm fans to install one in the floor as an intake and put the other on the heatsink (if I can).

How should I run Prime to get the best test of the cases air cooling capabilities and if I overclock to say 4/4.2ghz how much hotter would my pc run?

(sorry for the long post!)

if it was me i would just run prime Large FFT's test to test your cpu temps.
then maybe a blend test for the ram etc....

then stick on the other fan to to cooler and test again, compare temps.
not sure on the overclock temps, maybe have a look in the ivybridge overclock thread?
