overclocking and new bios

My new i700 build has been rock solid for about a week. So time to overclock it. I am an overclocking noob.

My question is if I follow a guide on here for overclocking will it still apply to the new type of bios?

If not does anybody have a guide for overclocking an i7 and Asus P8P67 Pro?

Thanks for that. I have another question now though. In that guide it says

Asus follows its history in making a great BIOS that is well presented, although this first stab at EFI follows Intel's guidelines to the letter, so overclocking is a bit confusing at first. You'll also need to make sure you have at least the revision 0907 EFI as there are a lot of feature additions and bug fixes with it.

Do you update the EFI by simply updating to the latest beta BIOS or is there another method?. The reason I am confused is when you look at the BIOS history on the Asus website for the P8P67 Pro it makes no mention of a 0907 version.
