OK, been a while since I was here, so hi again!

Spec - 144 Opty, 2Gb GeIL RAM, Epox 9NPA+

Been having problems for weeks and weeks with BSOD's etc - the CPU was 'only' at 2.3Ghz and I locked the RAM to 166Mhz. The other day I decided I'd had enough (even though I thought the RAM was at fault) and lowered the CPU to 2.2Ghz. Result - hardly any BSOD's - 1 every few days - which is a vast improvement.

I just read another thread which prompted me to think 'is my PCIE locked? could that be the cause?' Looked in the BIOS and I see it's currrently locked to 100Mhz.

Should I lower that? Any other ideas? I really should use the Opty to it's full potential and at the moment I can't!
